My bathroom sink has had a small leak at the handle for years. I hadn’t thought much about it, but when I was cleaning under the faucet I realized I had black mold. Rob tried to fix the leak, but it was not repairable. He suggested getting a new faucet.

Rob communicated clearly as to what type of faucet to get. He even sent me a photo of which section in Home Depot to look (there were several).

He replaced my old faucet and took the old pieces out to the trash so I didn’t have to. That was thoughtful.
